Hope Scholarship Credit/Lifetime Learning Credit
USA Scholarship Application Form

The USA student chapter of the ACM offers an annual ACM Outstanding Student Scholarship of $1,500, an annual CIS Outstanding Graduate Student Fellowship of $1,000 and the Wei and David Feinstein – Rising Sophomore Scholarship of $500.

To apply for any of these scholarships, complete this Application Form (copies of which are also available in the School of CIS office in FCW 20 or from ACM officers) and return it to Dr. David Feinstein, FCW 20 by Monday, April 2nd, 2007.
