Angela Clark
received her M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from the
University of South Alabama in 1999.
She began teaching as an Instructor for the School of Information
Sciences in Fall 2001 and was promoted to Senior Instructor in Fall of
2009 and Information Technology coordinator in 2013.
Prior to joining USA, she was a Systems Project Analyst and a Sr.
Technical Support Analyst/Manager for the wireless division of BellSouth
Telecommunications. Preceding her employment at BellSouth, she was
an Application Specialist for the University of South Alabama College of
Medicine. She has taught over eight different college course
topics in the areas of advanced computer applications, information
sciences, information technology, human computer interaction, sytems
architecture, multimedia, data communications, and networking for
fifteen years. She also currently manages
USA’s Scholarship
for Service program. Her
research interests include Virtual Lab Environments, Information
Technology Education, Distance Education, Instructional Design, and
Learning Style Theory. She
has published research in several of these areas.
